The pronunciation is [b3rzeOn sta:Ox], and it parses as burz Literally "fire", but in this context the name of the mythical founder of the tribe e collective referring to people on possesive attribute sta god och associtive attribute Hence "The sacred language of the Burze tribe". It is their ancient high language, preserved in their liturgical chants, from which Brcea' selak [br=SEa~ sElAk] (sel=all, "Common Bursha") is ultimately derived. Every Bursha learns the sacred chants, but only the priestly caste, who jealously guard the secrets of the old language, can fully understand them. They say that Burzeon Staoch was the speech of the days when the gods walked among men, and that since the gods departed, only those who they chose to be their priests have the gift of understanding it. Anthropologists of course consider this to be a myth instigated to perpetuate the power of the hereditary priesthood. I like microconlanging, don't you? Pete
