_Af_ is a negative imperative particle from Quenya _aava_.
The non-negative imperative is formed with the particle _a_

PR.PCPL is 'present participle'. It's formed by suffixing
_-al_. Note that {m} [m] in _ffwm-_ 'sleep' changes to {f} [v].
