OT, just a reaction shot, but yuck.  I really dislike the UTF-8-then-%
encoding of non-Latin characters in URL strings, and wish the %uXXXX
idea had caught on instead.  However, I note that in many, perhaps
most, browsers you can type or paste in the natural form of the name
in the URL and have it converted automatically.  So you can enter
"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tor Åge Bringsværd" and be taken to the
right page.   But since those spaces will keep the full URL from being
clickable in this message, try this one instead:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tor%20Åge%20Bringsværd
