The Rokbeigalm (speakers of Rokbeigalmki) call themselves exactly that,
the Rokbeigalm (Rokbeigalm-a). It's a distorted (but still obvious)
development of the compound _^rokvmei^galm-a_, "the Riders of the Waves".
They're a semi-nomadic oceangoing people, which explains that.
