Updated Ebisedian tutorial

Hi all.

I've just added two more sections to the Ebisedian tutorial. One covers
stative sentences, which is one of the stranger parts of Ebisedian, and
the other covers the much-awaited ni...di construction. The section on
ni...di is still incomplete, but I need feedback in order to proceed.
It all seems clear to me, but it's probably *not* clear until somebody
else says it is. :-)

Comments, suggestions, flames, fan-mail, are hereby solicited. ;-) Keep in
mind that although the purported target audience is a "beginner", it's
really intended for conlangers (eg., in relay games :-P) who want (need)
to learn the basics of Ebisedian so that they can wrap their heads around
a given (relay) text written in Ebisedian.

Any feedback is highly appreciated. :-)
