Two meanings

Having just read 'The Library of Babel'
<http://jubal.westnet.com/hyperdiscordia/library_of_babel.html> and having
found it most interesting, I have come to wonder (though this is not the
first time my thoughts have been lead in this direction) if there are or
have been any languages where a sentence in the first is a sentence in the
other and the meanings are quite diverse (so, for instance, this paragraph
might be a declaration of war against the Ar'entel.
The chances of it, I imagine, would be quite small...
(Also, the links at the bottom of that page are broken. I've managed to
find 'The Zahir', but does anyone know where I might find the rest?)
