Thorn and edh are /T/ and /D/, respectively.
There's a site that explains the transcription, but I don't have the URL
handy. Perhaps someone else can provide it.
If you are using any obscure symbols, do your best to explain them in
your message. If the person after you in the relay has trouble
understanding your transcription, they won't hesitate to ask you for
help, I'm sure.
