Thanx for reminding me, I needa redo the Tech relay, with capital
letters marking specific letters (S = Coptic shi, dZ = janja), while
quotes are "hard" consonant markers as well as glottal stop
indicators...

Now this should work 90% of the way. (I still have trouble with how to
mark hard consonants before front vowels and especially the "hard"
y-sound which is a retroflex rhotic approximant, see my earlier post.)
