Some of us (i.e. me) are less computer-savvy than others. Actually, I have
two IPA/Unicode fonts installed, and I can read many websites that use IPA;
I've even snuck a few IPA chars. into my own website. But I can't read yours
and have no idea why.

Since you're going to be discussing your languages via email on this list,
you will perforce have to be ASCII-friendly, or you will have many
complaints. Learn X-SAMPA, or one of the variants(1) that have been
proposed here-- yes it's ugly and awkward, but at least it's readable and
everyone is familiar with it :-))))
