As an aside, some webpages, notably parts of Wikipedia, uses yogh for the
"Egyptian aleph". Early egyptologists, for some reason decided to transliterate
the relevant Egyptian signs with what looks like two spiritus lenes one above
the other, but font support for this is even worse than for yogh.

Others simply substitute the numeral 3.
