Greetings- New to the list, but perhaps I may be of some service. One of the better free hosts is located at http://europe.webmatrixhosting.net. They supply you with ASP and a decent amount of space and bandwidth. If you already have a page fairly well complete you may also try http://www.neopages.net/. There is a peer review system and only one person is selected per week (I believe) but they supply you with ample space and more than enough bandwidth for a non-commercial site.
