Bigger!  I estimate that it should be at _least_ 100 to look good,
with twice or thrice that being a very good idea.  Someone suggested 1cm
letters, which seems fairly reasonable, and at 300 dpi (the coarsest
print that's not obviously jaggy) that's over 100 pixels.
