Beginnings of IPA font

I have the rudiments of some IPA glyphs in a small ttf.  Any font gurus like to
take a look?
They're not in "proper" unicode order yet, and I inadvertantly based them on
Times New Roman Bold rather than TNR Normal.
I also have the "raw" image file that they were made from, which shows a few
more glyphs wot i've done.
