If it is any consolation to you there is an ANADEWism: nasals
are realized as nasal fricatives before fricatives in Icelandic.
Thus _Sólin skín fegurt_ is ['so:wlIz~,skiv~'fEGYrt]. I'm
afraid it can't expand to [D~] and [G~] due to the phonotactic
constraints -- [D] and [G] occur only after vowels.
