Actually, it should be "Grote God!!!" This is an
exclamation used mostly to underline one's surprise
about how big something is; it could be used as a
rather soft curse, as well).
I must admit: when the subject of the "aggressively
guttural" [x] comes up and I start to pay attention to
it, I can hardly pronounce my own language without
pain in the throat!
