greek pun?

I'm posting this here because I have no better place to post it.  This might be
the first pun I appreciate that's in a language I don't actually know.
Is this well-formed Greek?  Does it say what I think it says?  If so, is it
nearly as amusing as I think it might be (it's in the context of a discussion
about Microsoft)?
