But I thought you said that she asked, as part of her survey, why we made up languages. I didn't think she did; or at least I didn't get that part of the survey. Was this a discussion on Conlang that was a result of her survey--before I awoke from my long conlang sleep? :) My survey of 1998 or 1999 (I can't remember) was directed mostly at the psychology of conlanging.
