If Coca Cola and rip-offs counts as unhealthy substances for this
confessional, the I should add that I drink quite alot of that too. Never
"Light" or "Diet" varieties - if the stuff 's supposed to be energizing it
better contains some sugar! (I don't get much of a stay-awake effect of
caffeine. Never has, so it's not a tolerance thing either.)
