It works, though. Far more pain than it should be, yes.
I can't remember how I got it to work (without a patch).
Fun for listening to Esperanto "radio stations".
But this is really silly; a better standard a few years
ago was "True Speech"; I guess that has disappeared.
I'd like a midi-style super-compressed (and adjustable ...)
phoneme-based speech-only player. It would be great for rants.
And I could make it sound like Darth Vader! Uh, carry on.
