I downloaded Realplayer Jukebox and I've never recovered. I just
clicked the upgrade on Realplayer G2 and it was all over. Netscape
wouldn't function any more. Real Audio claimed they were innocent, but
they sent me a fix worthy of an MCSE. I had an old version of Netscape
bundled with Corel suite, and used that for a few days. Mediaone, my
ISP, stopped supporting Netscape for a few weeks interval in a merger
mania, so I went with IE. IE predatored my Corel copy of Netscape, so
Netscape is gone. My wife hates IE because it doesn't have a
spell checker; I'm afraid of it because viruses love it. Count me one
more chicken downloader. I'm going to tackle the whole mess soon, to
avert a divorce; I may be offline till y2000. :)
