I've got two:
Johansson, Rune E.A., 1986 (1973), Pali Buddhist Texts Explained to
the Beginnerm Scandinavian Institute of Asian Studies Monograph Series,
Curzon Press, Londen and Malmö.
Warder, A.K., 1984 (1963), Introduction to Pali, Second Edition,
The Pali Text Society, London.
Both are good books, and the language 'feels' like a lively Sanskrit.
