No problem. Walk, jog, cycle, drive, or fly to your nearest bookstore -- not
a rack of paperbacks in a convenience store, but an actual bookstore,
anywhere in the world. They will happily order any book in print for you, and
even call you when the book arrives. Then go back with a fistful of
dead presidents (or local equivalent), and you will have what you wanted.
