AFMCL, the 22 Lojban spatial prepositions/adverbs ("tenses" in
Lojban jargon) all refer to locations. The canonical list of
them is:
in front of, behind, left of, right of,
above, below, within, surrounding, transfixing,
next to, bordering, adjacent to,
towards, away from, inward, outward,
tangential to, coincident with,
north of, south of, east of, west of.
However, one can prefix any of these with "mo'i", which makes
them refer to motion, respectively:
forward, backward, leftward, rightward,
upward, downward, into, orbiting, passing through,
moving while next to, moving along the border of, along,
arriving at, departing from, approaching, receding from,
passing by, moving to coincide with,
northward, southward, eastward, westward.
I particularly like the pairing of "surrounding" (static) and
"orbiting" (dynamic).
