Yes, I'm on CONLANG -- didn't mean to reply to only you
instead of the list.
Transliteration from Cyrillic to Latin characters -- there's no
standard and satisfactory scheme, and I'm sure someone will
disagree with mine. I'm using the ' to represent the "soft sign"
(a separate letter that indicates palatalization of the preceding
consonant).
