You might want to join and post to Aleppe (http://aleppe.gilda.it/ml.htm)
for Italian, or Ideolengua (http://ideolengua.cjb.net/) for Spanish.
Aleppe seems to be quiescent, but probably still has subscribers;
Ideolengua (at Yahoo Groups) is quite active.
