"Enlang" suggests nothing in particular to me, but "englang" indeed suggests English-ness to me. An englang would be a conlang derived from English, such as a future descendent of English in a science fiction universe.

"Lablang" has been proposed here. But the term "engelang" is established by now. ... brought to you by the Weeping Elf
