Both "enlang" and "englang" make me think of English instead of
engineering. I would expect something like
en(g)lang:English::romlang:Romance.
If "engelang" doesn't work, I suggest picking a different synonym for
"engineered": maybe archlang, schemalang, or syslang (from
"architected", "schematic", "system(at)ic", respectively). But I
don't think any variation of "engelang" is going to be an improvement
upon it. Maybe you're using the wrong half of the word. It's a
neerlang! :)
