This is correct too, but...

ambiguë [a~bigy], exiguë [Egzigy], aiguë [egy]
The tréma is on the "e". There is no "ü" (u tréma) in French, although it
would be much much more logical!
Anyway, I like your orthography. You should propose this spelling to the
Académie Française... but don't expect a miracle, they already refused my
reform towards a phonetical spelling of French. ;-)
