Nicole, I see no reason why you should bear the cost of any refund. We were all in this together and you bear no blame for what happened.. If a refund is ever granted from Diebach, then you can refund the money to us. But until then, we should all just write this one off. Just my 2 cents. BTW, I wrote a complaint to the email address that you gave us for the vendor and got no response. I then wrote from another account asking for information about t-shirts and got the following reply: -----Original Message----- From: DIEBACHPUB@aol.com [mailto:DIEBACHPUB@aol.com] Sent: Sunday, April 29, 2001 9:48 PM To: dbell@businessedge.com Subject: Re: T-shirt printing We offer a full range of screen print and embroidery services and can imprint your logo etc. on almost any textile. Please e-mail with specifics of what you are looking for we can and we can give you complete information. Include your mailing address and we will send you our full color catalog which includes pricing and ordering information. Thanks, Diebach Co. ------------------------------------------------------ Seems they're not open for business to meet prior commitments, but they are ready and willing to snag new victims. David
