As I still haven't been able to get in touch with the printing company,
which seems to have disappeared off the face of the planet, and Yahoo!
Shopping isn't able to help me either, I have decided on what seems to
be the best solution. Since the bulk of the responsibility in the
tshirt project is mine, I will put up half the money that was lost and
refund everyone 75% of what you paid. There is still a loss involved, I
know, and I intend to pursue a possible Yahoo! Shopping claim, but I
would like to get as much of your money back to you as possible right
away. If a refund is ever granted, which I doubt, the balance owed to
you would be paid back of course. I hope this is satisfactory to
everyone, or at least as satisfactory as possible, and I apologize for
inconvenience and loss. Feel free to get back to me at
