James-- there was definitely a smiley in my post to you re Frisian. I'm
somewhat ashamed to say, that's how I "learned" Dutch.
Anyone: why are these weird garblings happening in my email? Something to
do with my new ISP? It happened before and I thought I had it solved.
Using a PC/Windows, outlook express, plain text setting. Oddly enough, no
problems in AOL, but wont continue that as its a long distance call from my
little burg. I'm essentially computer ignorant, and not a guru for miles
around. Any suggestions by private mail will be appreciated.
