Well, in Rokbeigalmki, the {O} with a vertical line is the letter /O/,
and {O} with two short vertical lines parallelly intersecting only the
bottom of the circle is the letter /o/. For me it probably has to do
with the Latin letter {o} and the lip-rounding. Also, the letter /oj/
(or /Oj/, i'm not sure) has the two bars from /o/ turned horizontally and
crossing a {V} shape.
