I'm sure _somebody_ does, but I wouldn't expect any linguist to consider
it to be anything other than a regional variety of Austrian/Bavarian.
(Whether they call Austrian/Bavarian a separate language or not depends on
their philosophy, the phase of the moon and the price of tea in China.)
But there's at least one well-indexed webpage on Viennese, so it probably
hit the urban-legendary circuit the same way Yiklamu did.
