I think you would find the first NLF2DWS thread both interesting &
informative. It took place mainly during May 2005 and into the beginning
of June. You will find these questions answered.

There is IMO little doubt that some 2D systems are basically created for
that reason - but that is certainly not Sai had in mind, and I agree
with him in referring to these systems as not _fully_ 2D.
But, as I said, I suggest having a browse through "Non-linear full-2d
writing - Part 1" :)
