Let's see ... "The Netherlands are a nice country" or "The Netherlands is a nice country", yes, definitely singular. Uatakassí would use the singular, but that's because it would be agreeing with the name-prefix, ní, like "Ní ufbiitaníi satánki níf amáilikaf klálki ..." Woah!
