As an unreconstructed Amiga user who refuses to let anything that looks remotely like Windoze through his front door, I have had no choice but to code manually. I speeded up the coding work by using wordprocessor macros (like ;bx for <B>, ;bq for </B>, ;ax for <A HREF="">, etc). Each to his/her own, say I...
