Talarian:

Literal translation: Slay the dying of languages - give birth to a
language!

Talarian has several written forms: a formal (ideogrammes with
modified cuneiform alphabet); a high usual (cursive letters derived
from cuneiform); and a low usual (alphabetic letters similar to
the Latin alphabet).
