At a glance, it looks cool. Really. Kinda English becoming Celtic...
But where is the target condition? (Couldn't find it,
and some links don't work). Sorry if I missed your explanations in some
earlier post.
A lot depends on how consistent the resulting grammar is, and this
can't be easily read from sound changes alone.
It's the resulting system where various things can emerge that I
would't like (you know, unjustified sound distribution gaps,
potential unanalyzable forms...)
