A Prarie Home Conlang

The other day, I was listening to "A Prarie Home Companion" with Garrison
Keillor on the radio, and in one of the skits there was a book written in a
made-up "secret code". A transcript of the skit's script (and a link to

And the code went like this:

"Biq suatro meech kwerty nisk remplon namlerep trixly swisk thebbrilip po
enner skwilm."

Anyone like to suggest a translation?
