For things like Esperanto or Loglanging there seems to be no real
category for "indifferent, haven't done it so I can't dislike it" and
"been there, done that."

Are we allowed to know "fractional" numbers of natlangs?  I can read
French pretty well but my conversational sucks.  I can speak
basic/conversational Korean but my writing/reading sucks, etc.

Also, where *are* these archives to which people refer?  :-p
