AFMCL, coined by yours truly, (or Matt Pearson--can't remember!)
is the one thing that makes CONLANG CONLANG. If nobody
talked about his/her own invented language, what would any of the
rest of us learn about it? If anyone thought that an AFMCL post was
_de trop_, or bragging, let them go to a linguistics list where they can
talk about ergative structures and right and left branching in
natural and invented languages to their hearts desire.
