I'm not entirely sure about glottalic ejective nasals -- they'd almost
certainly have to be voiceless nasals, which are rare (read "exotic")
enough as is. But speaking of ejectives in general, it's certainly true that
quite a few languages which have glottalic consonants have glottalic
affricates (e.g., Quechua does, and there's a cluster of languages in
central California -- Lake Miwok, Hill Patwin, Wappo, Eastern Pomo --
which have them as a diffusional feature).
