Depending on how humanoid or not you consider C.J. Cherryh's fictional
species to be, we have very small corpuses of languages spoken by Hani and
Kif (the latter being the least human-like of her oxygen- breathers, IIRC).
The Stsho and Mahendosat seemed to me to be relatively humanoid, if each in a
quintessentially odd way. :)
