"Describing Morphosyntax" by Thomas Payne. Still in print and available
through any large online retailer. It's not a linguistic textbook, but more
of a manual for field linguists...and a wonderful cookbook for conlangers. It
doesn't have any phonology stuff in it, but other than that it is a
tremendous resource that will only set you back $20 or so for the paperback
version. I've also found it handy for giving a good introduction to most of
the terms that you will find bantered around the list. Buy it yourself or put
it on your Christmas wishlist in bold letters.
