Shoebox: Circumfixes (was Outfixes)

That's exactly it.  Googling for "circumfix shoebox" gets me a pdf paper on
proper linguistic documentation styles, which was interesting, but doesn't
help me make Shoebox play nicely with Asha'illen circumfixes.  :P
