New list: Conlangs_in_use

This is long overdue, but here goes:

Duke Keenan, who used to hang here until he was overwhelmed by the
traffic, has started a new conlang-list: conlangs_in_use@egroups.com

Here's the blurb:

Are you a conlanger like we are? Have you ever wondered what it would
be like to have someone else to *use* your language with? Yes actually
USE it? Ever wondered whether it would actually work when spoken and
heard?

Then we are your people! That's what's going on here! We operate
similarly to a pen-pal service. We learn conlangs and use them with
each other. If you have no conlang of your own, you are welcome to take
part by learning one of those offered here. If you have a conlang you
would like to be learned, it is only just that you learn someone's too.
But just lurking is okay as well.

Please no Esperanto or any of it's rival interlanguages. As wonderfull
as those languages are, there are a myriad of places on the web where
they can be used. Conlangs_in_use is a place especially for the micro-
or, artlangs of the world.
