Generally, I go with capital E, A, O for h1, h2, h3 (or @1, @2, @3, or
whatever). With the coming of combining diacritic forms of the letters in
the next version of Unicode, I might experiment with schwa with combining
e/a/o above.
I have crazy insane theories about laryngeals, that are best not discussed
until I can understand them better. Within my crazy theorizing, I use c0,
k0 and q0, with p0 and t0 for u and i.
