This is similar to the way several colors were *named* in Aroven prehistory,
although modern Aroven doesn't work this way.
For instance, alodi (sky; now find or finnad) and dolen (blue; now simply dol)
are related though I'm not sure which came first. Colors back then were
correlated with numbers as well; the color green -- ne"l, got its name from the
number four -- te"l (or vice versa, for all I know; I think the color actually
got its name from the number though) etc.
