It uses |q| for a vowel? Hm. Add that to your list of Roman letter
applications, Ray. Although I guess it's not a natlang. :)
I've never heard of Molee or this paper. I should dig it up.
I'm also fond of Twain's paper on spelling reform, although I personally
would have swapped his assignments of |x| for /T/ and |y| for /S/. :)
