You are *definitely* infected with some kind of spyware, which also may be
causing your computer to run slowly (because it is wasting cycles on the
spyware). Also, your system may crash at any time -- spyware is frequently
very buggy.
Do yourself a big favor and go to http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download/
to download AdAware. Run it and click Start, then Next. There will then
be a long delay while your system is scanned. You can minimize the program
and do other things in the meantime.
Eventually you will wind up with a list of things, potentially thousands of them.
Then right-click on any list item and choose "Select all objects" from the
popup menu. This should cause the checkboxes at the beginning of each row
to be checked. (If not, you'll have to check all of them by hand, which is
very obnoxious.) Click "Next". All the crap will be deleted. Reboot.
